Often we think there is so much to fix, but the fact is:

You are already doing so much right; it isn’t as much about fixing things, it's more about getting clear on what is working, and then tweaking the system, so you can 'find your wings' and fly.

 

The Foundation

 

Successful action is based on your beliefs.

Think of it like a triangle, with beliefs at the foundation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What you believe about something (including what you believe about yourself) leads to your thoughts and feelings, thoughts and feeling inspire the action you take.

 

 

The Coaching Process starts with getting clear on your underlying beliefs, and learning how to shift them, so you can take powerful action towards your goals.

'Build Your Light' Coaching is based on the concept that people need practical, easy-to-do methods they can practice on their own. 

It consists of one hour individual face-to-face coaching sessions.

Clients are given assignments, to work on at home, this forms the basis for the next week's discussion.

The coaching is built on The 10 Core Activities, identified through experience with clients as most helpful in building self-belief.
